The Family, Infant and Preschool Program (FIPP) is an early childhood and family support program providing evidence-based supports and services for families with children birth through age eight and women who are pregnant. FIPP programs are provided by qualified staff using techniques that have been researched and proven to be effective and efficient means to provide supports to families that that meet their priorities.

FIPP specializes in providing early childhood and family supports to special populations including teen parents, parents with special needs and families with children with special needs.
