Early Head Start 
The Family, Infant and Preschool Program Early Head Start Program provides early, intensive, and comprehensive child development, health, and family support services to eligible families with children under age three and pregnant mothers at no cost to families. Highly qualified professionals provide individualized support through weekly home visits or full-time child care in licensed child care homes. Families must qualify for Early Head Start by meeting the enrollment and financial guidelines. FIPP Early Head Start provides the following comprehensive supports and resources:
- Weekly home visits
- Full time childcare
- Parent-child early learning groups
- Dental and medical screenings and treatment
- Prenatal support
- Parenting education
- Transportation assistance
- Lending library and videos
- Nutritional support
- Child development screenings and assessments
- Opportunities to become a parent leader within the program
