Early Childhood Program Supports

The Early Childhood Program Supports component includes three program areas: 1) Early Head Start Family Child Care Home Supports; 2) Preschool and Child Care Inclusion Supports; and 3) School-Based Program Supports. Family, Infant and Preschool Program staff assist child care providers, preschool, and school-based program staff in the application and maintenance of evidence-based early childhood practices that promote the full participation of all children, including children with disabilities and delays. Early childhood program supports include training, ongoing follow-up support, and program evaluation activities.
