EHS Information Technology Manager
The Family, Infant and Preschool Program seeks an energetic professional to maintain a 400-client database, monitor documentation, compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports. This position also serves as the information technology support to an organization with more than 50 employees working from three different locations and includes providing technical assistance related to computers, servers, video conferencing equipment and other electronic devices.
Job responsibilities include:
Monitor compliance with Early Head Start enrollment, recruitment, selection, and attendance regulations
Manage the internal database
Customize the database to the organizations changing needs
Customize reports for monitoring purposes
Track annual outcome data
Assist with data analysis
Monitor data and staff documentation
Set up new computers
Load programs onto computers
Map computers and install drivers
Troubleshoot computer issues for the organization
Prerequisites:
Prefer a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related field. Must have practical experience with the required job responsibilities. Must have experience interacting with the public.
